Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided VOIP and contact list.
- Engage potential clients in conversation, understand their needs, and present appropriate service solutions.
- Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our services to provide accurate information to potential customers.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the provided CRM system.
- Meet and exceed predetermined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up on previous contacts and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Cooperate with our head office on any related tasks.

Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice.
- A persuasive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
