ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Sales Executive to execute sales plans and activities to deliver a profitable and sustainable business in KSA.
Role Accountabilities:
- Support KSA Sales Manager to ensure all launch activities required to meet brand, channel and customer objectives are executed through effective distributor management
- Monitor distributor execution on promotions, planograms, and brand activities
- Monitor distributor RGM& RTM plan
- Ensure Channel execution on Perfect Store is aligned with global Fonterra Standards
- Ensure MCL compliances
- Collate weekly report on market activities, competition, and promotion compliances
- Analyse Market data reports received by third audit party to share them regular with our distributors and market project team.
ABOUT YOU
You would possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management,
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ managerial experience within the FMCG industry
- RTM/RGM Management, Building Scorecards, Promo Planning, an understanding of P/L, Executional Excellence and Perfect Store Execution Experience.
- Excellent Partnership Management skills
- Strong Sales Profile - with an affinity for marketing & communication
- Knowledge of KSA Market
