As Cyber Finance Lead (d/f/m) you will support and work alongside the wider management team on a range of contracts and business performance. At times also working on the bidding phase as well as project financial management.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be
Management of all finance aspects of contracts across a wide range of customers and internal customers
Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver profitable solutions ensuring that risks are highlighted and mitigated and required governance is followed
Responsible for management of the financial aspects of the business and ensuring governance and controls are adhered to
Work with the wider organisation to advise on key contractual obligations and risks within the respective contracts with the commercial manager
Develop rapport/relationship with customers to ensure smooth running of existing contracts with the project manager
The missions will further encompass:
Acquisition, project and order processes: valuation of the financial / commercial part of bid / no-bid decisions. Responsible for preparation of cost calculations incl. target pricing. Preparation of the financial / commercial part of the bids. Steering of commercial project processing (risk and opportunity management); Preparation of business cases to decide an investment over several years. Coordination with Sales, Engineering and Programmes
Project Administration: Accompany the project manager, set up projects, revenue recognition etc.
Project Controlling: Accompany the project manager, perform EAC (Estimate at Completion), project reviews and reporting
Reporting and Planning: Perform monthly reporting for various Projects and Cost Centres within the Cyber Programmes GE management unit
Cyber GE management unit, including comparison of Actuals vs Budget, analysis of variances. Coordinate and contribute to the planning process (Operative Planning and Forecast).
Budgetary Control: Project & Cost Centre controlling, including Actuals vs Budget, Plan, Forecast, hourly rates, support of price audit
Drive improvement and standardization
Desired skills and qualifications
This role requires a candidate who is self-motivated and solution orientated with excellent communication skills both internally and externally across a range of stakeholders; expertise in financial management with sound experience of project accounting in order to maximize profitability on existing contracts and upcoming activities.
Due to the diversity of the activities undertaken by the finance team the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working on a range of opportunities from small value study and framework contracts up to large prime activities; in addition to potentially needing to provide support to other members of the team.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Education to degree level or equivalent in a relevant business related degree
Experience of working with Governmental, and Non-Governmental customers in a commercial environment
Proven reputation as a self-starter, capable of delivering high quality workload with minimum supervision
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact and influence across a range of stakeholders
English language required
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
